The intended purpose of alumni association is to celebrate old moments as well as commence a new chapter of relationships most importantly bridging the gap of years of graduation and allow for even networking where the alumni members benefit from their respectives immense knowledge and professionalism. On this note, I welcome every alumnus to FUTA Alumni Association Worldwide website and will also be happy if we can explore this opportunity, to network in building our individual life and businesses as well as develop our alma mater. I feel fortunate to have the privilege to address and update great futarians here on some of our achievements within the time we assumed office in 2017. Greatest Futarians!! this team succeeded in completing the Alumni Building and we also created a Hall that can serve as a revenue drive.We also renovated Akin Deko Hall “C” and it’s a hall to behold now, compared to what we earlier met.We had successfully deliver three (3) boreholes in the last three years. The 2001 set club of the Alumni renovated the small lecture theatre. Through the support of the FUTA Alumni in the diaspora scholarships were given to outstanding Futarians. Through the indigent fund raising, the Alumni has been able to pay students’ tuition fee. Through the 2002 set club, the alumni donated (5) PA system to the school to make communication and teaching easy. At present, the alumni association is erecting a CBT Building to support the University in ensuring that examinations are conducted in a convenient and conducive environment.The current executive committee has maintained a very cordial relationship with the university as well as the advancement centre.
